I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained.

 

I agree to abide by any decision of race officials relative to safety on the course.

 

I assume all risks associated with running or walking this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other race participants, effects of the weather, traffic and road conditions with all such risks being appreciated by me.

 

Having read this waiver and in consideration of you accepting my entry I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Youngstown Road Runners Club, Mill Creek Metro Parks, Second Sole, Second Sole Racing, all sponsors and volunteers from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.

 

I have been advised of the 3 hour time limit for the half marathon and 1 hr 20 min. in the 5 mile.

 

No refunds for any reason, including if the races are cancelled due to extreme weather or other conditions beyond the control of the Youngstown Road Runners Club.
