On behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, I hereby waive, release, and discharge in advance any and all claims against the promoters and sponsors, as individuals or as organizations, any involved municipalities or agencies, and event officials, even if the claim may arise out of negligence or carelessness by the persons or entities listed, for death, personal injury, or property damage, which I may have or which may here after accrue to me, as a result of my participation in this event. I willingly “…accept the risk inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware.” (WI Stats. 895.525(3)(4). I hereby declare that I will exercise prudent caution and obey all posted traffic & pedestrian regulations during this event.

I knowingly and willingly offer a full release and permission to use my image and likeness of any official race photography to be used in future race promotion that arises from my participation in this event. If I do not agree with this photo release policy, I may still agree to the waiver in whole and will notify the race organizers via email prior to the event in order to make them aware of my disagreement. This preference will be respected if done in a timely manner.

I agree and acknowledge that by registering for this event that I accept the event's policy of no transfer, deferral, or refund of all, or part of the cost of registration for this year's event. I acknowledge that this policy is in place for the good of the event and all participants.
