In consideration of my accepting of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against GO! St. Louis® (and GO! Missouri ™), the city of Maryland Heights, the city of Hermann, the Missouri Department of Conservation, the state of Missouri and its departments and agencies, curators of the University of Missouri and their trustees, officers, employees, and agents, Great Rivers Greenway and any other city, or county in which this race runs.  I also waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against any sponsor, contributor, charity or other individual who is related to this event and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all claims or liability of any kind arising out of my training for and/or participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete this run. I assume all risks associated with running in these events for September 14, 2019, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic and the conditions of the road. I know that this Event is held on a public trail and is a potentially hazardous activity. I know that the presence of vehicle traffic during the race presents the risk of motor vehicle accidents involving participants, spectators and/or other vehicles, and that such accidents can result in death or serious injury. I attest and verify that I will participate in this event as a footrace entrant, that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. My physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. I hereby grant the Medical Director of GO! St. Louis and his/her agents, affiliates and designees, access to medical records (and physicians) as needed and authorizes medical treatment as needed. It is understood and agreed that I hereby assume liability for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of training for and/or participation in this event, including but not limited to ambulance transport, hospital stays, physician and pharmaceutical goods and services. I acknowledge that the entry fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to subsequent event dates. I agree that registering a team means that my credit card will be charged the full relay registration fee.  I acknowledge and agree that GO! St. Louis, in its sole discretion, may delay or cancel the Event if it believes the conditions on the race day are unsafe. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the aforementioned parties to use my name, likeness and voice, as well as any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose.
