The Great Bay 5K | Race for a Healthy Estuary is a wicked-fast, scenic, point-to-point race that will be held at 9:00am on October 26, 2019. The race features the unique Mackenzie Mile, bib-chip timing, long-sleeve moisture-wicking race shirts, great views of the Great Bay estuary from the course, a free kid's Fun Run, and lots of great post-race eats. The race is a fundraiser for the non-profit Great Bay Stewards and the Great Bay Discovery Center, and is a race for a healthy estuary.

I take responsibility for my own actions, and I assume all risks associated with this race, including, but not limited to: falls, injuries, death, damage to property, contact with other participants, effects of traffic, etc. I, for my heirs, my assigns, and myself, waive and release the Great Bay Stewards, the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the Towns of Stratham and Greenland, all sponsors of this race, race volunteers, and the State of N.H. from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising from my voluntary participation in this event, regardless of whether such liability results from carelessness or negligence of those named in this waiver. I grant the Great Bay 5K permission to use my photo or likeness to help promote the race. No rollerblades, skateboards, or pets are allowed. All entry fees are not transferable or refundable.
