29th Annual Brea 8K Classic presented by Brea Mall

I understand that there are certain hazards inherent in a road race. I hereby release the Brea Olinda Unified School District, Brea Olinda High School (”BOHS”), BOHS Instrumental & Color Guard Boosters, Inc., BOHS GITA-Academic Booster Club, BOHS Choir Boosters, the City of Brea, Brea Mall, all sponsoring and cosponsoring entities, and all individuals involved in any fashion in the event from any responsibility for injury to person or property that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Brea 8K Classic. 
 
I hereby permit the use of my name and pictures in broadcasts, telecasts, newspapers, brochures and any other media. 
 
I also understand that the entry is non-refundable, bib numbers are non-transferable and I may not receive a t-shirt if registering after February 19, 2020. In the event this race cannot be held as scheduled due to an act of God or other unavoidable circumstances beyond control, the race is not liable to refund any money paid by me to participate. I have read the foregoing and certify my agreement by checking the box and signing my initials below.
