Tiger Run Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

For and in consideration of Mascoma Valley Parks and Recreation, Richard & Tiffany Currier, all race sponsors, volunteers, or anyone else allowing me, the undersigned, to participate in the Tiger Run 12K, 5K, or Fun Run; I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations pursuant to this Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Agreement”).

I hereby represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age or older or if the participant is under the age of 18, the parent, natural guardian, or legal guardian hereby acknowledges the risk involved with running in this event and holds harmless anyone involved with hosting this event.
I agree to abide by all road restrictions, marked by race officials.
I hereby warrant that I (or my parent or guardian, if I am under the age of 18) am competent to enter into this agreement.
I grant race officials to use my name, likeness, or photo to promote this or future Tiger Runs.
I certify that the birth date and age provided by myself (or parent/legal guardian) is true and accurate.
