2019 Boardman Rotary Pancake 5K

I, the undersigned, hereby assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in the Boardman Rotary Pancake 5K on March 30, 2019 or while on the premises for this event, and hereby release and hold harmless and covenant not to file suit against any affliated individuals or entities associated with this event from any loss, fatality or claims I may have arising out of participation in this event.
