2019 Run for a Mission

By registering for the Painesville Baptist Church 10k Run/2 Mile Fun Walk, each participant (or guardian, if under 18) agrees to the following: I attest that I am physically fit and trained to participate in this event.  I have full knowledge of the risks involved.  I further acknowledge that the course might have potholes, curbs, sewer covers, or other hazards which may create a risk.  Therefore, in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my executors, administrators, and assigners, waive any and all rights and claims for injuries or damages I may have against Painseville Baptist Church, Sheriff's Department, Greater Cleveland XC, Second Sole, or the City of Painesville, and will not hold them responsible for any and all injuries I may suffer in conjunction with this event.
