I hereby acknowledge that participation by myself or my child in Run for Bonifest (the “Activity”) organized by St. Boniface Catholic Church (“St. Boniface”) involves an inherent risk of bodily or personal injury.  I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks, hazards and dangers inherent in the Activity.  I further acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to participate, or to allow my child to participate, only in those activities for which I or my child have the prerequisite medical condition, preparation and training.  I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any hospital or other costs arising out of any bodily damage or property damage sustained through my participation or my child’s participation in the Activity.  I hereby assume any and all such risk.  In consideration of my race entry being accepted, I hereby waive liability, release and forever discharge St. Boniface, and its directors, race organizers, race volunteers, race officials and Final Lap Race Management Inc. from any and all liability, claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind, arising from or by reason of any personal injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, resulting from or in any way connected with my participation or my child’s participation in the Activity.  I grant permission to St. Boniface to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings, videos or any other recording of this event for event publicity, marketing or other legitimate business purposes.  I understand that all entries are final with no refunds. The official race director reserves the right in any event of emergency, local or national disaster to cancel the race or change the date and/or time. In the event of cancellation or change there will be no refund of entry fees.
