2019 Borah Epic

By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING  
The Participant hereby desires to take part and compete in the Borah Epic (“Event”) at Cable, WI the day of June 8th, 2019 that is sponsored by Mt. Borah Foundation, Inc., a Wisconsin non-profit organization (“Sponsor”). In order to participate in the Event, the Participant or parent / legal guardian of Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows:  
1. The Participant or parent/legal guardian hereby acknowledges that participating in the mountain biking activities at the Event are dangerous and involve the risk of bodily injury, death, and property damage. These risks and dangers may be caused by the actions or inactions of the Participant or others involved in or associated with the Event, along with natural, mechanical, and environmental conditions.  
2. Participant or parent / legal guardian hereby accepts and assumes said risks and full responsibility for the injuries or damages that may occur to the Participant or others as a result of participating in the Event.  
3. The Participant or parent / legal guardian hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Sponsor, including its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and employees, along with CAMBA trail system, landowners, promoters and any other organizers or affiliates of the Event, from any and all liability, causes of action, injuries, losses, damages, claims or demands of any kind, and any other obligations, arising out of or associated with the Event, and any injuries or damages that Participant or others may suffer as a result of participating in the Event.  
4. The Participant or parent/legal guardian hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the parties referenced herein, from and against all damages, injuries, costs, liabilities, losses, and claims, whatsoever, arising out of or incurred in connection with the activities conducted at the Event and the Participant participating in the Event.  
5. The Participant further agrees to abide by all the Event rules and regulations that have been provided to the Participant by the organizers of the Event.  
I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND HEREBY SIGN FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE THE ABOVE PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER WISCONSIN LAW.

I understand that this is a significant fundraiser for CAMBA and my entry fees are non-reimbursable in the event of weather cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances.
