We have chosen to participate in the Event even though we understand and acknowledge the possibility that accidents or injury to persons or property may occur in the before, during, and after the Event. We intend to assume the risk of such injury ourselves and have insured or self-insure against such loss. We do not intend to hold Children's Hospital Los Angeles responsible for such accidents or injury.
