I am a willing participant in events to be hosted by, or involving, Atlanta Track Club. I understand that these events involve physical activities and may include intense exercise. I attest that I am mentally and physically capable of participating in these activities. My participation is voluntary and is done at my own risk. I understand that participation in these activities is inherently dangerous and that risks of participating include, but are not limited to, death and serious bodily injury. I assume all such risks associated with participating in these activities. I hereby, for my myself, my heirs, my administrators and executors, personal representative and my assigns forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages or losses, whether monetary or otherwise compensatory, that I may have against: (i) the Atlanta Track Club, its directors, executive director, officers, employees, members, representatives and agents (ii) Atlanta Track Club Properties, LLC. I agree to leave the facility and contents in substantially the same condition as they were at the time of use; with normal wear and tear expected.  I understand I am liable and responsible for any damage to the said facility, equipment and materials during the period of use, regardless of how said damage may have occurred.  Should any damage to the said equipment or materials occur, I agree to compensate the Atlanta Track Club for the full replacement value or repair cost to have the equipment returned to satisfactory condition, as Atlanta Track Club may elect.
