Release form: I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this Atlanta Track Club Race, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand and will abide by the rule that no wheeled baby conveyances or other wheeled means of conveyance, or pets are permitted in the race. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the (a) Atlanta Track Club, (b) each of the “MLB Entities” (meaning MLB Advanced Media, L.P., The MLB Network, LLC, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Tickets.com, LLC, and any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC), (c) Braves Stadium Company, LLC, Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC, Atlanta Braves Foundation, Inc., Braves Productions, LLC, Braves Development Company, LLC, The Battery Atlanta Association, Inc., BRED Co., LLC, Braves Entertainment Company, LLC, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and all of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, independent contractors (including, but not limited to, any concessionaires, parking operators, and contractors, if any, rendering security services in connection with the race), sponsors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Braves Parties”), (d) Cobb-Marietta Coliseum & Exhibit Hall Authority and Cobb County, Georgia (collectively, the “County Parties”), and, as to the County Parties, their elected and appointed officials, officers, boards, commissions, employees, representatives, consultants, agents, attorneys and volunteers (collectively, all of the indemnified parties referenced above are referred to herein as the “Registered Parties”), (e) all city, county, and state governments, and (f) all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event along with my name and age in the official results for any legitimate purpose. I also grant permission for the Atlanta Track Club to contact me by email for race related communications. I understand that all entries are final with no refunds. The official race director reserves the right in any event of emergency or local or national disaster to cancel the race or to change the day and/or time to a later day and that in the event of cancellation or change there is no refund of entry fees. 
 
If I am registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on their behalf and by proceeding with this event registration, I agree that the terms of this Agreement shall apply equally to all Registered Parties.
