L.L.Bean 4th of July 10K and 1-Mile Family Fun Run - 2019

I hereby agree for myself, my child(ren) and any child(ren) under my care, my heirs, legal representatives, insurers, successors, and assigns, to waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, and promise to indemnify and defend L. L. Bean, Inc. (“L.L.Bean”), its officers, directors, employees, and agents, and the owners of the property and/or facilities where the activities are being held, from and against all claims, liabilities, demands, costs, expenses, lawsuits, and settlements arising out of or in connection with my participation in the L.L.Bean Fourth of July 10K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk and any related activities (the “races”). I understand the risks involved in any road race and I fully assume such risks. I am aware of the physical requirements of the races and represent that I have no medical condition or restriction that prevents me from participating in the races. I further agree to abide by all rules of the races.
I agree that L.L.Bean and its contracted photographer(s) may take photographs and images of me during race activities and I hereby irrevocably give, assign, and grant to L.L.Bean and such contractors the right and permission to copyright, use, and/or publish photographs, images, and likenesses of me and pictures in which I may be included in whole or in part, for any purpose in any media, including without limitation publication in L.L.Bean’s catalogs, marketing materials and/or website. I also give my permission for L.L.Bean to provide my name, postal address, and e-mail address to such contracted photographers for purposes of marketing their photographs to me. I further release and hold harmless L.L.Bean, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, and such contractors, from and against any liability arising out of or from the use of said photographs, images, likenesses, and pictures, or arising from their sale, publication, reproduction or other use.
