UW-La Crosse Turkey Trot

On behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, I hereby waive, release, and discharge in advance any and all claims against the promoters and sponsors, as individuals or as organizations, any involved municipalities or agencies, and event officials, even if the claim may arise out of negligence or carelessness by the persons or entities listed, for death, personal injury, or property damage, which I may have or which may here after accrue to me, as a result of my participation in this event. I willingly “…accept the risk inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware.” (WI Stats. 895.525(3)(4). I hereby declare that I will exercise prudent caution and obey all posted traffic & pedestrian regulations during this event.
