The VIVA SA Race is a signature fundraiser of the Junior League of San Antonio. All of its proceeds go to support the mission and vision of JLSA which supports more than 60 non-profits annually by providing volunteers and necessary funding. From our founding in 1924, the Junior League of San Antonio, Inc. has instilled in its members a deeply felt duty to engage in voluntarism, women's leadership, and meaningful community impact. It is our understanding that women who unite with a common purpose and strong commitments can build better communities. Many of the community agencies we partner with serve San Antonio's most vulnerable citizens. The mission of the Junior League is funded through revenue generated by the generosity of our members, donors, businesses, and corporations.
