Superintendent's 5K Challenge Race For Education

GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER By completing this registration for the Superintendent 5K Challenge I fully understand that my participation in this 5k Run/Walk (“Event”) or the participation of my minor children exposes us to the risk of personal injury, death or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that we are voluntarily participating in this event and agree to assume any such risks.  I hereby hold harmless, release, discharge and agree not to sue Foundation for New Education Initiatives, Inc., City of Miami, School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida and its members, officers and employees, Agency 44, LLC, Split Second Timing, Wildside, Inc. and ANY of race organizers, employees, sponsors, or representatives for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in this event from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of the Foundation for New Education Initiatives, Inc. and ANY of race organizers, employees, sponsors, or representatives or any other participants in the event.  In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Foundation for New Education Initiatives, Inc., City of Miami, School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida and its members, officers and employees, Agency 44, LLC, Split Second Timing, Wildside, Inc. or any of the race organizers, employees, sponsors, or representatives from any and all claims, demands actions or suits arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event.  I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SIGN ON MY OWN FREE WILL.
