Thompson Island 4K Trail Run - Sept. 26, 2018

 I know that participating in a trail run is a potentially hazardous activity. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained and at least 21 years old as of the event. I assume all risks from participating in this event and its related activities including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, including high heat and humidity; running on hills, rocks, gravel, unstable terrain and other rough conditions of the trail; water transportation to and from the island; all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read, understood and signed this waiver, knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my fee and participation, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Bill Rodgers, Mass Bay Brewing Company Inc., race officials and volunteers, all sponsors, in-kind donors, and their respected affiliates, principals, directors, agents, officers, employees or contractors of from all claims, liabilities or cause of action of any kind arising out of my participation in this event or its related activities which I or my successors, assigns or heirs may ever have now or in the future against any of them. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs or any other record of this event for any lawful purpose.
