Griffith Park Run Half Marathon & 5k 2019

In consideration of voluntary participation in this event, the undersigned and/or parent/guardian (if participant is under 18), hereby acknowledges that I/we knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of bodily injury, personal injury, property damage or wrongful death that may arise out of or in any way be connected with this event. I/we acknowledge that the participant is in good physical condition for this event. I/we, for myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns hereby release, waive discharge and relinquish any action or causes of action, aforesaid, which may hereafter arise for me/us and for my/our estate, and agree that under no circumstances will I/we or my/our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns prosecute, present any claim for personal injury, bodily injury, property damage or wrongful death against the City and/or county and/or municipality and/or host city, the beneficiary, operating partners where the event is taking place, Aztlan Athletics, LLC, or any of its officers, agents, volunteers, or employees for any of said causes of action, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any of said persons, or otherwise. I/we give my permission for the free use of any photographs, videotapes, or other recordings of me that are made during the course of this event. I/we acknowledge that I/we have read the foregoing paragraph and understand the contents thereof.
