The Bay Street 5K and Kids 1K is presented by the Texas City Fire Department and is apart of the 4th Annual Firefighter Games. Chip-timed, includes dry-fit shirt, certified 5K and Kids 1K and runs through Bay Street Park and along Texas City's scenic Skyline Drive! The Firefighter Games is an event hosted by the Texas City Fire Department, City of Texas City, and United Way Galveston County Mainland. 100% of proceeds will benefit UWGCM.

Liability & Medical Release Form: I hereby release the United Way Galveston County Mainland, and all employees, sponsors, and personnel of the Firefighter Games on 6th Street of all responsibility in the event of an accident or injury. I also consent to emergency and/or hospital service that may be sought for me by tournament personnel.

Please be aware that by participating in Firefighter Games on 6th Street, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in photographs and videos for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release United Way Galveston County Mainland, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
