2018 Corps of Discovery Trail Race

Release and Waiver In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release any and all claims for damages, demands, actions and causes of actions against race sponsors, The Corps of Discovery Trail Race, The St. Louis Track Club, the City of St. Louis, Big River Race Management, or any Sponsor or contributor to this event, their affiliates, subsidiaries, any race officials or volunteers, their representatives, successors or assigns, from any and all claims or liability for death or for damages for any and all injuries to me or my property. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the competition of this run.  Further, I hereby grant full permission for the free use of my name and/or any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
