I acknowledge and understand that I am Running/Walking on an uneven asphalt road, which is potentially hazardous.

I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls; contact with other participants; the effects of weather, including precipitation and cold temperatures or heat; the conditions of the road; and all such risks being known and unknown.  For my safety and the safety of other participants, I understand that animals (dogs), bicycles, skateboards, scooters, strollers or roller skates are not allowed in the Run/Walk and I will abide by this guideline.
