The Golden Knight Mud Run is all about having fun and promoting healthy lifestyles. More than half the participants in Adventure Runs are first-time 5K runners/walkers. This is a great way to start a regular running or walking program and join the national focus of improving health and wellness. Sussex Central High School hopes that the Mud Run event will be able to act as a catalyst for our participants to live an active, healthy lifestyle.

I know that running a road race/mudrun is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the event.
