As a Run Lead, I assume all risks associated with my participation as a volunteer for the 2018 Atlanta Track Club In-Training programs including but not limited to injuries, contact with event participants and other volunteers, the effects of weather, traffic and hazards of the road. All such risks are known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Atlanta Track Club and its employees from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the forgoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

Represent the mission of Atlanta Track Club at all times.

Maintain courteous and professional demeanor during face-to-face, social media and all communications.

Not speak publicly on behalf of ATC. Including, but not limited to, media requests and social media.

Adhere to ATC policy of not sharing any training program materials. Includes, but is not limited to:

training schedules, program communications, and other ATC In-Training related correspondence.

Not promote or solicit non-ATC events or training programs on:

In-Training social media, email or face-to-face communications without prior permission from ATC.

Adhere to ATC number transfer policy and not allow someone else to participate with my race number.

Hold a current First Aid/CPR Certification.

I have a current First Aid/CPR certification. (No need to show proof, honor system)

I will attend one of the free certiciation courses offered by ATC during 2018.

Comply with ATC running guidelines including:

No headphones, wheeled conveyances, or pets on training runs or at ATC affiliated events.

Follow safety guidelines.

Follow traffic laws and wear reflective gear.

I confirm that I have never been convicted of a felony

I have never been convicted of a lesser crime of a sexual nature or classified as a sex offender.

This includes, but is not limited to, "victimless" crimes of a sexual nature such as prostitution, pornography, indecent exposure; and crimes in which sexual relations is an element.
