Williamsburg Holiday 5K Series

I understand that a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter the run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in the event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants the effects of weather including heat and humidity, traffic conditions of the roads or trails, and all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Mettle Events Inc., the City of Williamsburg, race officials, volunteers, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event. This race is not intended for baby joggers, headphones, skates and dogs on leashes and I will abide by these guidelines. I grant permission for all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes. The race director reserves the right to alter or cancel portions of the race as deemed necessary for safety reasons. NO RAIN DATE. NO TRANSFERS. NO REFUNDS.
