I Love Forest Park 5K & Kids Fun Run 2017

In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all claims for damages, demands, actions, and cause of actions against Forest Park Forever, the City of St. Louis, Big River Race Management and FPF’s affiliated, subsidiaries, officials, representatives, employees, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event.  I attest and verify that I am physically able and have sufficiently trained for the competition of this run.  I understand in the event of inclement weather or dangerous conditions, the race administrators reserve the right to postpone or cancel this event, in which my entry fee is non-refundable.  I assume all risks in this event including, but not limited to fall, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, road conditions, all such risks being know and appreciated by me.  Further, I hereby grant permission for the free use of my name and/or any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
