35th Annual Kirkwood Webster Turkey Day Run

RELEASE FOR PARTICIPANT (BY PARENT) - In consideration of your accepting either me or my child’s entry, I hereby, for myself, my children, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims I or my child may have against the City of Kirkwood, the City of Webster Groves, Big River Running Company, Big River Race Management, any and all sponsors or contractors, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered during the activity described 
above. I understand that such activities are potentially dangerous, and that injuries or even death can occur. WARNING - Some activities involve risk of injury and physical exertion. You should consult with your physician to make sure you are physically able and capable of participating in these activities. ACCEPTANCE OF WAIVER - You must read and agree to the above terms and conditions before being allowed to register for any program or activity.
