Virtual 8 week training program for the Crazy 8s 8K Run. The on-line program will have two tracks: One for Beginners and one for Novice/Advanced. The beginner track will start out running/walking and will slowly build up to 5 miles (or 8K). The novice/advanced track will build runners who can already run a 5K and bump up to 8K, and work on speed/tempo. Weekly workouts will be sent via email on Mondays. Tips each week from We Run Events and from the High Gravity Racing Team via Facebook Live.
