I, the undersigned, understand that Vigeo is undertaking all possible efforts to produce a safe and fun event for participants. Knowing thatparticipating in a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I enter this race certifying that I am medically able and properly trained. By my electronic signature below, I certify that myself or participant/s I’ve registered are able to perform this event and are in good health, physically fit for outdoor activity, and will be adequately clothed for participation in an outdoor event. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official to deny or suspend participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the description of the event and authorize myself or participant/s entered. On behalf of myself, my child/ren, I assume all risks in participation and other risks associated with this event, not limited to falls, contact with other participants, trees, effects of weather, including high heat and humidity, and the conditions of the city roads and trails.  Knowing these facts, I hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Vigeo, Inc. the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, the Archdiocese of Minneapolis & St. Paul, the City of Brooklyn Park or any sponsors of this event, volunteers, race officials, from any and all claims or liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature arising out of, or in the course of, my participation of this event. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind of nature whatsoever foreseen and unforeseen, know and unknown.  The undersigned further grants full permission to the race organizer to use any photographs of this event for any purpose.  Registration for this race is nonrefundable event in the event of a cancellation due to weather related causes.
