Información, Limitaciones y Dispensa:
  1. Al inscribirse se compromete a leer y aceptar las reglas que rigen su participación incluyendo estas. Para mayor información sobre este Evento deportivo  y el Reglamento Oficial visitar la pagina FB Grupo Timer Nicaragua. 
  2. Para participar debes de ser mayor de 17 años de edad al momento de inscribirse y presentar Cédula de Identidad.
  3. La compra de inscripción para este Evento es INTRANSFERIBLE y NO REEMBOLSABLE.
  4. Al momento de realizar la compra de inscripción los atletas hacen constar que participan bajo su propio riesgo y que renuncian de forma expresa a presentar demanda alguna contra los organizadores  y demás empresas participantes así como a sus accionistas, sin menoscabo de las atenciones que los organizadores puedan brindar al atleta en caso de un eventual accidente provocado de manera irresponsable por terceros ajenos al Evento.
  5. Al terminar el proceso de inscripción, recibirá un correo electrónico de Confirmación de Registro en donde podrá ver su Recibo Electrónico e información importante sobre el evento.
  6. Si se inscribe para el recorrido de una distancia y decide ejecutar otra, se considerará un corredor «Bandolero» (y viceversa). Por lo tanto, no se considerará oficial su llegada a la meta. Por favor regístrese para la carrera y distancia que va a correr.
  7. Por favor GUARDE su Recibo Electrónico para retirar su número y kit de carrera de este Evento.
  8. Los números y kit de todos los Eventos Organizados por Grupo Timer Nicaragua SOLO se distribuirán a las personas inscritas en la entrega de paquetes que se realizará en lugar, fecha y horarios a indicar en correo de Confirmación de Registro.
  9. Artículos no recogidos durante esta actividad no se enviaran y no serán reembolsados. Las cantidades son limitadas.
  10. Los números y artículos del kit NO serán distribuidos el día de la carrera.
  11. Las fechas, horas, precios e inclusiones en el kit están sujetos a cambios. Las distancias a recorrer están sujetas a límites de capacidad y pueden cerrar en cualquier momento.
  12. Solo se podrán escoger tallas de camisetas hasta agotar existencias de cantidades individuales con sus limitaciones según se indique en la pagina oficial del Organizador del Evento, sin menoscabo y responsabilidad del o los organizadores.
