In consideration of submitting this entry, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Angel Dash committee, St. Louis Apartment Association, or any other sponsor of this event, their representatives and agents for any and all injuries suffered by me in the “5K Angel’ Dash." I attest that I am physically fit and have trained for the completion of this event.
