I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the race and participating in the awards ceremony thereafter (collectively,  the “Event”), including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the race course, all risks of the Event being known and appreciated by me. The Foundation provides support for the programs and initiatives for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR) and the children it serves each year.
