By completing this registration, you agree to this waiver, and fully understand the following: I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity and I should not enter and run/walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of race officials relative to my ability to safely compete in this race. I take responsibility for my own actions, and I assume all risks associated with this race, including, but not limited to: falls, injuries, death, damage to property, contact with other participants, effects of traffic, etc. I, for my heirs, my assigns, and myself, waive and release the Seacoast Half Marathon organizing committee, the City of Portsmouth, the Towns of Rye and New Castle, the Seacoast Family Food Pantry, Runner’s Alley, any and all sponsors of this race, the race volunteers, and the State of N.H. from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising from my voluntary participation in this event, regardless of whether such liability results from carelessness or negligence of the persons named in this waiver. I grant the Seacoast Half Marathon permission to use my photo or likeness to help promote the race.  Rollerblades, skateboards, strollers and pets are not allowed. This year's race beneficiary is the Seacoast Family Food Pantry. Their focus is to provide food and basic necessities, as well as to inspire, encourage and teach families how to make nutritionally sound food choices and prepare healthy meals. In 2015, the organization served over 4,500 households via the Emergency Pantry, Summer Meals 4 Kids, and Meals 4 Seniors programs. Your donations are much needed, and greatly appreciated.
