I assume all risks associated with this race, including but not limited to falls, contact with other runners, effects of the weather including high temperature. 
I realize the race course is not shut down to traffic during the race. 
Having read this waiver I myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all race organizers and workers, the USATF, Newburyoport School Committee the city of Newburyport workers, Bay State Race Services and volunteers, all municipalities and sponsors from rights and claims for damage, injury and illness I may have from this event.
