3rd Annual We Got Your 6.2 Race for Veterans

I, the person submitting this entry, am aware that participating in an event such as a 10K is a potentially hazardous activity, and that I (or my child, if I am signing as a parent/guardian) should not participate unless physically able. I verify that  I am (or my child is) medically fit to participate. I (and my child, if I am signing as a parent/guardian) know and assume all risks associated with participation in the event and any associated activities, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, road conditions. In consideration of acceptance of the entry fee, and intending to be legally bound, I (and my child, if I am signing as a parent/guardian) and anyone entitled to act on my (or our behalf), assume all risks associated with participation, and waive any and all claims whatsoever against, and fully release, ProNet International Gifts and Scholarships, Inc., race day volunteers, and all event promoters and sponsors, and their representatives and successors, from all claims, damages, or liability of any kind, including for negligence, arising from my (or my child's) participation in this event. I give authorization to use any photos taken of me or my child and understand these photos will not be released to others for their promotional use. I have read this agreement carefully, and understand it, and certify my agreement by my signature below.
