I understand I must register and run under my correct name, sex and age division to avoid disqualification. In consideration of accepting my entry and intending to be legally bound, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, successors and assigns waive and release forever, any and all rights and claims for damages I may accrue against all persons, agencies and entities organizing and/or promoting "A Midsummer Night's Run," namely Baptist Health, Super Race Systems, Baptist Healthcare System and their respective affiliated entities, agents, successors, representatives and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me while traveling to and from and while participating in the "A Midsummer Night's Run" 5 kilometer, one-mile Fun Walk/Run, or the Fastest Kid in Town competition on Aug. 13, 2016,  in Lexington, Kentucky. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event. I also release publication rights to photographs of me taken during the "A Midsummer Night's Run" weekend event for this and future "A Midsummer Night's Run" events. Finally, I understand that advanced tag timing will be utilized to measure racing time in the 5k and 1 Mile race. This requires that a "B" Tag be attached to my bib and that I wear the bib on the front of my shirt. The "B" Tag will not need to be returned after the race.
