In consideration of acceptance of my entry for the Missouri KIDS Inc. Journey of Hope event, myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees do hereby release and forever discharge Missouri KIDS, its board of directors and employees, the City of St. Peters and it’s officials, employees or agents, Big River Race Management, all event sponsors and their board of directors and employees, of any and all claims, damages, and causes of action whatsoever which may arise in any manner as a result of my participation in the Missouri KIDS Inc. Journey of Hope event to be held on April 23, 2016. I attest and verify that I am fully aware and have sufficient knowledge related to the risks involved in this Journey of Hope event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the event. I acknowledge and agree that although Missouri KIDS Inc. may accept my entry for the event, Missouri KIDS Inc. is not verifying my physical fitness nor necessarily agreeing with my representations regarding my physical fitness and sufficient training related to my participation as it has no way to verify the same. I further agree and permit Missouri KIDS Inc. to use my name and any other record of my participation in this event, including but not limited to photographs, videos, or other digital media for promotional or publicity purposes without remuneration or obligation to me. As such, I hereby release any claim of ownership or copyright rights related to any such use of my name and photographs, videos, and any other digital media which may include my image.
