27th Annual Gobble Wobble

Waiver of liability: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry to participate in the Gobble Wobble ‘15 benefit Walk/Run (event), I (on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns), hereby release West County Assembly of God and each and every other sponsor of the event (and their officers, directors, employees, and agents of each such entity) from any and all causes of actions, suits, damages, and for happenings which may arise in any of them, by reason of any matter, claims, and/or happening, which may relate to or arise in any manner from my participation in the event. I fully understand that the event includes strenuous physical activity and I acknowledge that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the event.
