2015 Bridge 2 Bridge Half Marathon & 5K

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry to one of the Bridge to Bridge races.  I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release and discharge Ashtabula Distance Runners Club (ADR), the city of Ashtabula, and any additional hosts and sponsors, or their respective agents representatives and employees from all claims; demands and rights of cause or action, present and future whether know or anticipated resulting from or arising out of either directly, my participation in the Bridge to Bridge Races. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of the race I enter (Half Marathon or 5K). I have read and understand the foregoing assumption of risk and release.
