3rd Annual Run in a Dress for MS

In signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand its intent, and I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives, do hereby agree and will absolve and hold harmless the Run in a Dress for MS event organizers, property owners, corporate sponsors, cooperating organizations and any other parties connected with this event in any way together with their respective successors and assigns the "Sponsors" singly and collectively, from and against any blame whatsoever, which may result from or be connected in any way to my participation in the Run in a Dress for MS. In addition to the absolute and unqualified release from all liability, I hereby represent that I am physically capable of participating in this event, that I will observe all applicable traffic and event rules, and that I will conduct myself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event and I hereby absolve and hold harmless the Sponsors from any damage I may sustain because of any breach of these representations. I understand that the Run in a Dress for MS event organizers reserve the right to refuse or dismiss anyone that may cause any disturbance or hindrance in any manner, which could jeopardize the success of the Run in a Dress for MS.   I hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings, videos or any other recording of this event for legitimate purpose. I understand that bicycles, skate boards, roller skates or inline skates, animals and music devices of any type are not permitted in this event and I will abide by the rule. I understand that all entries are final with no refunds. The official race director reserves the right in any event of emergency, local or national disaster to cancel the race or change the date and/or time. In the event of cancellation or change there will be no refund of entry fees. I certify that I am either 18 years of age or older OR that I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor whom I am registering. If you are an adult registering a minor, you are accepting these terms. I certify that I have read this waiver and release and understand its significance.
