In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the Milwaukee Running Festival on October 30-November 1, 2015, I release the Milwaukee Running Festival, the City of Milwaukee, their respective employees and all of the event sponsors and volunteers from any liability or claim for injury or illness that sustain during my participation in this event. I represent that I have adequately trained to participate in this event, and recognize that risks including falls, contact with other participants, heart attack, injury to bones, joints and muscles, and death may accompany such participation. I also waive the right I have to bargain for different release of liability terms. Photography Release (i) I hereby grant permission to Gameface Media, Inc. and its respective agents and service providers to photograph my image, likeness or depiction and/or that of my minor children (if applicable) and to edit, crop and retouch such photographs, and waive any right to inspect the final photographs. I hereby consent to and permit photographs of me and/or those of my minor children to be used by Gameface Media, Inc. and its licensees worldwide for any purpose, including advertising purposes, and in any medium now known or hereafter developed, including print and electronic. Gameface Media, Inc. and its licensees may use such photographs with or without associating actual or fictional names thereto. (ii) I further waive any claim for compensation of any kind for the use, display, distribution or other publication of photographs of me and/or those of my minor children (if applicable) by Gameface Media, Inc. and its licensees.
