Petaluma Footrace 2015

YOU MUST READ, COMPREHEND, AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT, THEN SIGN AND DATE BELOW. ALL UNSIGNED ENTRIES WILL BE REJECTED. By participating in the Petaluma Footrace on April 19, 2015 (hereafter known as "event"); I will be required to assume any and all risks or losses which may arise, whether directly or indirectly related to my participation, or the participation of a minor (under 18 years old) who is under my custody. I declare that I am physically capable of completing a 3 mile or 5 mile run/walk. In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, herby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Petaluma Footrace, Chicken and Cow Productions LLC, City of Petaluma, State of California, Sheraton Hotel, Basin Street Properties, Inc., Lakeville & Marina, LLC, Athletic Soles Inc., Camelbak Products, LLC., Petaluma Marina Office Investors, LLC, United States Track and Field, Inc., Capital Road Race Management, Mentor Me Petaluma, Petaluma City Schools, all employees, sponsors, contributors, volunteers, entertainers, administrators, or participating parties involved in the event; their representatives, and successors, for any and all personal losses or injuries arising from my participation in said event, including but not limited to serious injury and/or death. Furthermore, I understand that this is a monitored, but not a closed course, and all traffic laws must be obeyed. I permit the free use of my name and/or pictures in any medium or form for use in future promotion of this event. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND ENTRIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
