In consideration for participating in the event, I assume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in the Laura’s Run 4 Kids. I also hereby waive, release and discharge for myself, and for my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, any and all rights, claims and actions for damages against the Little Bit Foundation, Meredith Corporation, KMOV-TV, Laura Hettiger, Big River Race Management, the City of St. Louis, and any and all other persons and entities associated with the event, for any and all injuries suffered by me or others while participating in and traveling to and from the event. I fully understand that this event involves strenuous physical activity, and I acknowledge that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.
