REFUND POLICY:
The Cape Cod Marathon, Half & Relay does not refund registration fees under ANY circumstances.
However, if you have registered for the marathon or half(including the Chowdah Challenge and not applicable to relay teams) individually but find you are unable to participate you may choose to defer your entry to 2019 in accordance with our deferral policy.
Please read the deferral policy details below:
Marathon/Half deferrals are allowed from the date of registration through October 1, 2018. Absolutely NO deferrals will be allowed after October 1, 2018. Once a Marathon/Half deferral is requested, the decision is final. The Marathon/Half deferral is good for one year only. An entrant with a Marathon/Half deferral will be discounted 40% for the 2019 race; the 2018 registration fee is NOT refunded.

Liability Waiver:
I hereby release the Falmouth Track Club, which organizes the events, all race officials and volunteers, the Town of Falmouth, all sponsors, USA Track & Field and all other person(s), organizations, or vendors connected with the race from any claim of damage or injury from my participation in or traveling to and from the events of the Annual Cape Cod Marathon Running Weekend to include the Relay, Half Marathon, Marathon, and the Clam Chowdah Challenge on Saturday-Sunday, October 27-28, 2018. If I choose to run the full and/or the half marathon, I attest that I will be properly trained to complete the full marathon within the six-hour time limit and/or the half marathon in the three hour time limit. I also give my permission to use my likeness and publish my name in the news media. I understand that for safety reasons the use of personal electronic devices such as portable music players during the race is a safety risk. If I choose to use portable electronic devices, I accept full liability and responsibility for any injuries to me or other participants in the event and for property damage caused by my use of these devices. I also acknowledge and agree that the entry fee is non-refundable, even if the race is cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizers, such as, but not limited to, weather, public safety or any other situations that prevent the event from occurring safely.

This section to be read and signed by parent/legal guardian if Participant is a minor: As the parent/legal guardian of the above-named Participant, I hereby waive and release on behalf of my child, any and all claims, and causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against which organizes the events, all race officials and volunteers, the Town of Falmouth, all sponsors, USA Track & Field and all other person(s), organizations, or vendors connected with the race from any claim of damage or injury from my participation in or traveling to and from the events of the Annual Cape Cod Marathon Running Weekend to include the Relay, Half Marathon, Marathon, Kids Fun Run and the Clam Chowdah Challenge on Saturday-Sunday, October 27-28, 2018. In addition, I accept full responsibility for the care and supervision of my child during the above-described runs. I also give my permission to use my likeness and publish my name in the news media.
